A quick, IN DEPTH, thought...

the A bomb: Arguably man-kinds greatest achievement, ever. At the same time its greatest down fall. You have any, idea, how many peoples lives, would not only change dramatically, but how many lives you would be GIVING BACK, if we would just make it happen and do the research. We have the technology. They, we, you, would be fucking giving people there LIVES back making possible that they, we, you, could simply walk again. Can you even IMAGINE!

  1. People often forget that many technologies seen as violent in nature also have positive uses. The selfsame project that created the A-bomb also created the nuclear powerplant, probably the single most-efficient form of electrical generator to date. Granted it has its drawbacks, but so do all the others - and its byproducts are really easier to deal with those of any other type of powerplant, if they'd just be allowed to do so. And how many meltdowns have actually happened, compared to the number of plants in operation and the time they've been around? I'm pretty sure the aviation industry has a higher rate of customer injury than the nuke-power industry.

  2. sorry, but with semingly unlimited natural power from sun, wind, wave, tidal, and geothermal. that facts that say nuclear power is good and safe, are completely un warranted. wrong wording but you get the idea. And that wasn't exactly the point behind this post anyways.
